Major African media brand – Provided digital strategy and UX support for one of South Africa’s most visited websites and its companion mobile app. Collaborated with internal teams on user journeys, feature planning, and interface design across multiple releases.
International car rental group – Led the development of South Africa’s first online rental booking platform, which grew to surpass all physical branches in bookings. Later supported the transition to a global booking system and managed local fleet-related digital platforms and extranets for several years.
Global tyre brand (SA market) – Supported digital marketing efforts through agency leadership and oversight. Provided high-level input on campaign planning, SEO, and local content strategy, while guiding internal teams on performance and platform updates.
Luxury restaurant group – Consulted on website enhancements and global expansion planning. Advised on user experience improvements and collaborated with internal teams and suppliers to align structure, content, and functionality for future growth.
Fintech rewards platform – Embedded on-site for two years to lead a comprehensive redesign of the website’s architecture, UX, and UI. Managed cross-functional input, guided stakeholder pitches, and helped align experience design with business strategy.
Wildlife media brand – Partnered on the original site architecture, content structure, and UX for a global wildlife documentary and news platform. Continued to support digital enhancements and platform evolution over several years.
UK-based digital agency partner – Built and expanded a white-label relationship, delivering design and development for high-profile global financial brands. Provided leadership on delivery, UX, and team coordination as an embedded partner.
Conservation non-profit – Led digital strategy and delivery for a wildlife-focused foundation working with global partners on anti-poaching and preservation initiatives. Provided UX, architecture, and project guidance across web and content platforms.
